I was just at Wawa in Bryn Mawr. There’s tons of liberal fart sniffing high schools and colleges here. This women in a Villanova tshirt was with her son, who I estimate to be between 15 and 23. He was wearing a Red Sox cap, obviously. They both had masks on. She had what appeared to be a single N95, and he was double masked.

You just know these weenies have that “In this house, we believe” sign in their yard of their built in the 1800s Victorian style stone house.

Embarrassing!

I haven’t seen the doc yet,but if you’re referring to Pedro’s current head size I have seen him on tv recently and I agree that it’s gigantic. Obviously he gained a lot of weight since he retired, but it’s very odd that so much of it has gone to his head.

I commented on it during a recent broadcast and then showed my kids a pic of him in his playing days, and they didn’t believe it was the same person.

On the documentary its uncanny, its a bunch of footage from him from 03/04 and it keeps cutting to him sitting down nowadays, hard to get over...the other players have all aged, are fat or whatever, but nobody's head has grown that way. Weird

Documentary is good, as any documentary about 2004 would be good for a Red Sox fan. They didn't say anything about the rainouts, why the games were on consecutive days, Wake's sacrifice on G3, ignored Pedro coming in on G7 even though they covered the Who's your Daddy. I expected more from the Schilling procedure, maybe even some never seen footage from the operation, oh well. Some of the comments filmed for the documentary gave good insight, especially Grady's (what a twat).

Anyways, I think 4 Days in October is more interesting/Simba :mrgreen:

Schilling looks awful btw--he looks 20 years older than the rest of the guys.
