There's a semi-big story around here (not sure how national it is) about Jim Leonhard saying he was having to fend off people trying to recruit his players in-season. Isn't literally every coach having to do that these days? Even at Bama and the like, you know there are 4 and 5 star guys buried on the depth chart that other schools are getting in touch with every day.
