flush, i think Matt Rhule is probably a pretty good coach and i think this team is going 7-9, which is probably 2 or 3 games better than they should. that's pretty good! but they're not going to get a QB that way...so...idk, i kind of wish they'd tank the rest of the way or start selling off pieces for draft picks to roll into a trade up in the draft for Fields or the NDSU kid.
Teddy B ain't the guy. Hoping Fields is available wherever they end up in the draft. Looking like top 5 at this rate.
I'm going to whisper this because I may be wrong but......Fields' throwing motion seems hitchy or long, imo, especially when throwing deep. I wonder if that will hurt him at the next level. Keep an eye open.

GLO. Yokel and I will keep our eyes open.
So if you were picking for the Panthers who would you take? This assumes Lawrence is gone by the #5 pick.

If you are dead-set on a QB in the first, you have to take Fields.
If you think that Trask will make it to the second round, I like that pick.

Yeah, there will be some other guys out there later (Trask, Jones) but if there's already noise about Bridgewater's faults then I can't help but think they'll go QB early. There's holes all over the roster but the biggest investment in this staff is on the offensive side (Joe Brady) so you have to think that's where they go first.

I have noticed this a few times too. He made a throw on the run in a recent game where his throwing motion looked really funky. It was a perfect spiral on a line right in the receiver's hands, so
