I've said this before, but I probably need to give Jackie Brown another shot at some point. I very much enjoy QT movies, but this one just didn't do it for me when I first saw it 20-odd years ago. And I never saw Night Shift so I'd probably slide Birdman and The Other Guys into my top 5, but I think you nailed the top 3.
tbh, Night Shift probably sneaks in more on nostalgia than being a great movie. The Other Guys is probably better.
I didn't care for Birdman much. I'm a huge fan of Johnny Dangerously as it was on HBO everyday when I was 13 years old and it made me laugh quite a much.

Movies that I know I've seen but can't really remember anything about them: The Paper One Good Cop Speechless
The Honorable Mentions: Jack Frost Gung Ho Herbie Fully Loaded My Life Mr. Mom Multiplicity Birdman (or the Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) Batman Returns Cars Johnny Dangerously SpiderMan: Homecoming The Other Guys
The Top Five: 5. Night Shift...the movie that put Keaton on the map and cemented his youthful, manic-energy comedy style 4. Jackie Brown...strong showing in a QT movie and a role he later reprised uncredited in Out of Sight making them a part of the same universe 3. Batman...Not so much a great movie now but a really, really big deal when it came out 2. Beetlejuice...A-lister at this point in his career 1. Spotlight...spectacular movie despite a not-pleasant topic, a possible fave for mags

great job on the assignment. He is so great in Night Shift that it definitely belongs in the top 5.

I think the subsequent Christopher Nolan Batman movies made the Michael Keaton one look bad by comparison. But yeah, it was a really big deal when it came out--had Nicholson as Joker and Prince did the entire soundtrack. Think about how big a deal that was in 1989 to have Nicholson and Prince attached.

It's funny that you mention Johnny Dangerously because of how often it was on HBO. I feel the exact same way about Gung Ho and it's why that's always the movie I associate the most with Keaton.
I think Multiplicity might crack my top 5 if I really went through them, especially if you take out ones like The Other Guys where he has a relatively minor (but great) role.
HM--Andre the Giant (Princess Bride) Randy Savage (Solid performance as Bonesaw McGraw in the first Spider-Man), Hulk Hogan (for Thunderlips alone, ignore everything else), the random wrestlers Sandler throws into movies (Kevin Nash, Goldberg, Stone Cold, etc).
5. The Rock--He's not a good actor but he's made enough entertaining stuff that he cracks the top 5. 4. Roddy Piper--They Live 3. Jesse Ventura--Running Man and Predator are both great 2. John Cena -- (he's great in Suicide Squad, funny in other stuff) 1. Bautista (GotG movies, Glass Onion)
ETA: I’ve legitimately never heard of The Conversation. Is it an actual good movie, or are the other 3 just so good that it’s a great 4 movie run regardless of what the 4th one is?

Considered one of the all time greats. One of Hackman’s main starring roles, plus Harrison Ford (might be his first movie?), Duvall, and Cazale.
