I will never understand not starting Swayman in that game last night. Rask was hurt, admitted he was hurt, and couldn't stop shit. They needed someone to stand on their head to bail out their depleted defense, and if Rask couldn't do it, why not try the rookie?
Either way, this core is done and it's time to rebuild. Apparently they have a lot of cap space, so they have the opportunity to build on the fly and I will be very excited to see what this team can do only if they make the playoffs next season.
Ha, when i seen swayman wasn't playing i was like, this is malcolm butler all over again. Always next year.

Who do you guys think is the favorite now that Boston is out? I’m rooting for goose and his lightning.
Not a clue. I think maybe Colorado was the favorite going in, although I could be misinformed on that. They are on the verge of being eliminated. I'll take Vegas.

Also I missed the anthem.
I think Colorado is really good, based on the four seconds of sports radio I heard the other day. I shall cheer for them or Vegas to win this sports title.
hear me out.....I think that the B's should have started Swayman in that game last night. Rask was hurt, admitted he was hurt, and couldn't stop shit. They needed someone to stand on their head to bail out their depleted defense, and if Rask couldn't do it, why not try the rookie?

Where in the sweet holy fuck did you get an idea like that?

One of the bigger decisions is whether to re-sign Hall at high money, or not. He was basically gifted to us in a trade where we gave away almost nothing, but a new contract will start to chew into the cap and limit what we can throw at legit defensemen. Personally, I would sign him if you let Krecji go, which they should. You need someone competent on the second line.
I was pleased with this series. This team can't get out of its own way. Watch for them to make Eichel's career even more disappointing in the coming years.
