This is a short article on the dire situation of citrus in Florida. Citrus greening is mainly to blame (it’s caused by an insect, a psyllid). But they can’t help but shoehorn a climate change reference in here for no reason with no backup to it.
Dark and lonely on the summer night. Kill my baby, kill my baby. Watchdog barking - Do he bite? Kill my baby, kill my baby. Slip in his window, Break his neck! Then his house I start to wreck! Got no reason -- What the heck! Kill my baby, kill my baby. C-I-L-L ... My ba - bee ...
I can stretch my imagination and find a scenario where there’s a real “life of the mother” emergency and someone NEEDS an abortion. I would think that could be handled at a hospital and you don’t truly need to dedicate specific resources to abortion care in the aftermath of the hurricane, but for the sake of argument I’ll grant that there could be someone for whom the Hurricane is preventing them from getting a medically necessary abortion.
But what in the wild blue fuck kind of special help do LGBTQ+ people need right now, you absolute goddamn psychopaths?
This really seems like it’s supposed to be parody, but my 30 seconds of research indicates it’s real.

One thought from this hurricane--I don't recall ever having a hurricane where the damage to the actual landfall states was pretty minimal (especially in terms of casualties) but inland it was just an absolute disaster. This strikes me as if Katrina had wiped out Arkansas.

He sounds serious, dong. I sure hope you listen better than Iran.
This one really snuck up on us. The flooding is the worst I’ve ever seen here. I am OUT on ever buying property in Florida. I really think they are just going to level everything within a mile of water and rebuild it on stilts or with a garage on the first level.
