We did it, fam!
The 17-game losing streak is over!
After an okay first half that saw us carry an 8-0 lead into the break, we scored early in the third to lead 14-0.
Had plenty of chances to put them away long before that as we stalled several times in their territory. However, the defense picked us up every time.
With about five minutes left in the game, they threatened inside our red zone and I had mental flashes of them scoring, recovering an onside, then scoring again to beat us. But the defense got the stop and then we got this game-clincher.
RB carried 20 times for 220 yards with one td and a receiving touchdown.
Team ran for 313 on 43 attempts (7.3 per).
QB was 8 of 20 for 100 yards with two tuds and it will be a lot better once he listens to me for fuck's sake. Kid is in love with long ball and slants, so he simply refuses to check down to flats which are wide open, especially in red zone. Ugh!!!
MLB notched 11 solo tackles and six assists.
DE had three sacks.

On to the next (Booker T. Washington) which is winnable. Looks a lot like the team we played in our week one 46-43 loss.
