I watched most of the Apple TV+ broadcast of Cleveland at the Dodgers Friday night. I actually drank to BO as I woke up at 1:30 a.m. on the couch with all the lights on and the game over. I am doing great.
Anyway, Hunter Pence is really good I think. Whoever the play by play guy is OK to annoying. I have no idea why Katie Nolan is there. It is not like they are hitting on her, but there is a flirty vibe as they try to get her involved. The whole sound/flow of the broadcast is weird, while intermittently Hunter Pence makes some interesting points and observations.
Any you bugs watch this show called Severance? I tried it. The previews are all spectacular. IDK, i couldnt do it. I think i made it like 45 mins thru the 1 hour ep 1 and bailed. Its so slow jesus christ.
Seems like Total Recall but boring. Do it get better?
My latest black show isnt keeping my attention. Pussy Valley
I tried a new show with a black lead, its called The Baby. on HBO. Its a dark comedy where everyone that comes in contact with this infant dies some bizarre death. I made it a couple eps in. Its ok. I guess. Its British

I watched the first episode of season 3 of Ted Lasso.
It was ok. It did set up the season. It was more emotional and less funny. Even the scene at the end which was supposed to be funny was a little too much.
There were a few funny lines, but a lot that kind of fell flat and seemed like they were just trying to be "Ted Lasso" jokes that really didn't land.

I started the 2nd episode last night. Was so bored that I didn't finish it.

The fellas in my work are pretty excited for the new ep.
I am out on the show, myself. Las season was a slog.
possible tip - I cut Apple TV last week. I went on yesterday to make sure it was gone, and it is. But I was still able to watch stuff that I started but didnt finish. So when you guys cancel, which should be immediately, maybe load up some movies or something, start them and then you can watch them later on after the terrible service is gone.
The stuff I had started and was still queued was some boring Adam Scott show and an Oprah interview with Elliot Page
I have decided I am not going to finish Ted Lasso. Friends told me the Amsterdam episode was great. I pushed through to get to it. It was not great, and really boring.
