considering it is a movie marketed to women and homosexuals based upon a little girls toy, I would expect the rest of us, who are neither women or homosexual to not be interested in the movie
Michelle Beadle didn't like it. Said it wasn't funny.
My kids saw it yesterday, apparently, they said it was “mid”

A couple of weeks ago I watched the movie Stay Tuned from 1992 in which John Ritter and Pam Dawber get sucked into their TV and have to find their way out. I was struck by 2 things.
1. For a dumb comedy from the early nineties, they spent a lot of money making this thing. There must have been 10 or 12 different sets, including French Revolution, western, Japan, and an elaborate TV studio controlling the whole thing, not to mention a Chuck Jones animated sequence.
2. Pam Dawber was seriously cute. It led me down a rabbit hole where I discovered that Mindy McConnell was the Rachel Green of her day. Nanu-nanu, can we turn the thermostat down another degree or two? Thank you, braless 70s.
Based on the forum where I found those pics, they may be "enhanced", but I don't care one way or the other. I did rehost them on imgur, doe.

Took the kids to a sneak preview of TMNT this afternoon Legitimately hilarious. I L’d out loud OL a whole bunch of times. They made April black because 2023, but otherwise I have no complaints. Almost all of you would like this movie.
Enjoyed this a lot. Been a good run of children's movies lately. Must be all the grooming.
I watched a Sandler jawn with the kids this week. He plays a guy whose dad owned a hotel and it’s going to be taken over by a total douchebag that works there. But if he beats the douchebag in a manufactured contest that came out of nowhere, then he gets to be the new guy in charge because that’s how businesses are run. Hilarity ensues, the good guy wins (spoiler alert) and after being forced to spend time with children, he falls in love with a hot school teacher along the way.
It’s called Bedtime Stories, as you no doubt already guessed. Very cheesy, but I laughed a few times and the kids really liked it.
