Great post, Ballz. Anyways, I went to Fox Farm today for the first time in ages. Drove down there in my buddy's Porche Boxter with the top down. Great day for a cruise.
I had 3 dark beers that I've never had before. All were excellent and highly recommended if you have the means, and en joy dark beer.

We now have competing NIL collective beers here in Iowa, pretty exciting:
So the Hawkeye one is now in stock at the grocery store 3 minutes from my house, which means its about 20 minutes from my office. Do I go there over my lunch break while I know they have some in stock and waste 40 minutes (my time is very precious and valuable) or do I just hope it remains in stock and grab it on the way home?
This is mostly for wolf and mags... A buddy from high school is a partner in a new brewery in Windsor dudleytownbrewing.com/ I went there last week and the location is awesome, really nice layout with a HUGE outdoor patio in back. The beer was good, but as a dark beer guy, they only had one that was in my wheelhouse. I chatted with my "buddy" (we hung in the same crowd in high school, but were never really tight), he said they will be ramping up more dark beers and stouts as the weather gets colder. Also there is supposed to be a nice restaurant coming soon, but for now they have food trucks.

Looks like a pretty great spot. I’ll keep it in mind to check out. Do they distribute at all or is it brewery only?
