I drafted a playoff team for a 6-team league last night. PPR league, we drafted 9 players (QB, RB, 2 WR, TE, 3 Flex, DEF) and it's just cumulative points throughout the playoffs. I had the 4th pick, took our lord and savior Joshua Patrick Allen, and then Diggs was there on the way back so I'm all-in on my Bills. Here's what I wound up with:
QB: Josh Allen RB: J.K. Dobbins WR: Stephon Diggs, Mike Evans TE: Robert Tonyan FLEX: James Conner, Robert Woods, Cooper Kupp DEF: Bucs

Wild Card Weekend went well for me. I scored 21 more points than any other team, and I'm the only team that still has 8 of my original 9 players remaining. The 2nd place team had 4 Steelers, so he's probably done. And the guy with 4 Seahawks and a Bear is almost certainly done (although he does have Mahomes). I'm liking my chances right now, but things could change in a hurry if the Bills, Rams, Saints all go down.

For wolf’s contest I’m 20th out of 29. There are a few outliers but the middle is closely packed so I’m not too worried. Luckily a lot of other people started Derrick Henry too

Somehow my Venmo payment for that contest didn't go through. I told the dude right after I signed up and attempted to pay. He waited until an hour after the first game kicked off to inform me that he didn't get my payment, so he removed my team. But he was nice enough to say, "I took a pic of your lineup. If you still want to play, pay me and I'll load it back in." So I apologized for the mix-up, paid him properly this time, and then he said he couldnt' figure out how to reload my team since games had already been played. So he gave my money back and now I'm not in. My lineup for this week was hot garbage, so it's just as well I guess.
I think 'Touch knows all of this from a PM already, and no one else cares, but I'm posting it anyway. OK.

FWIW I know maybe a quarter of the people in this thing. It started out as a group I was in a league with like 5 years ago, but it's mostly friends of friends of friends now, I think.

i'm in in the upper half now! 14th out of 29. there could be trouble on the horizon tho, depending on what happens in the afc championship i could be going without a defense for the super bowl, poor planning.

Update:
I have 304.6, Evans and Bucs D. The second place team is at 230 and has no players in the Super Bowl. the guy with Mahomes is 140 points behind me, so he’s officially out.
Teams still technically alive (although frankly I don’t see a way I can lose):
183 with Kelce, Watkins, and Ronald Jones 167.9 with Hill, CEH, Chiefs D, and Gronk
UnT, glad you enjoyed the other league. Still mad I fucked up my payment, hope to get back in next year.
ETA: I just did this math again. There’s a 0.0% chance I lose. I’m spending the money already.

i finished 15th out of 29. I was pretty far behind Lambskin but i can take some pride in beating Worst Gase Scenario and last place dumpster fire.
I won my 6-man fantasy playoff league. $250 payout on a $50 buy-in.
But I don't know anything about football.
That reminds me....
Maybe you guys can weigh in on this.
When we switch from 10 to 20 personnel this year, we are trying to decide if it is better to have the H-back always block to the playside or to block back. Now, obviously on inside zone, we're are blocking back, I don't have to tell you guys that. But I'm kinda torn on which way to go with stretch zone.
Thoughts?
