I won my matchup this week, scoring 20 points higher than my previous weekly average... and moved down one spot in the standings. Sweet fake sport you have here, 31.

My fake footballing team is 3-4 and near the bottom of the league in scoring. I really effed up picking Barkley with the #2 overall pick. And then my second RB pick (Mostert) has been in and out of action. I've had to scramble to pick up RBs since.

I am 2-5. This week I scored 80 points, with 2 players each scoring .8 points for me in the match. Awful.

And you're not even going to tell us which players???

So taysom hill is eligible as a tight end on ESPN for some reason. I need to win this week to have any hope for the last playoff seed. I might blow the rest of my budget on him and start him over mark andrews. I’m thinking he’ll be getting everything near the goal line now and Andrews has been very mediocre. Waivers clear at 11am. Thoughts?

That's a pretty weird eligibility wrinkle. I say go for it.

That's a tough one. Andrews has been disappointing this year. T. Hill has that ceiling you mentioned and they are playing Atlanta in the dome, so that has shootout potential, but there is also a lower floor if they don't run those gadget plays. I would say if you're an underdog in this game and need some breaks to win, go for Hill and hope he gets a couple of scores. If you're a favorite and you have the better team, take the safer floor with Andrews and hope your other guys come through.
Also full point PPR or non-PPR comes in to play. Andrews probably gets you four catches for 50 yards with a 50% chance of a TD. Hill may get one catch at most, you're hoping for rushing, throwing TDs.

I’m a 1.3 point favorite, so dead even. I’m picking up Atlanta defense too. What are the chances Winston throws 0 interceptions? NO could get 30 and I still feel good the falcons will get points (so I don’t view it as contradicting taysom hill which I think I’m going to do)

Eta: the Atlanta d is risky, might backtrack. Not a lot of options on the wire and can’t target tyler bray or bdn this week.

I added Taysom Hill and as of now am starting him at TE. I think I need to win my last 3 regular season games to have a chance at the playoffs. Going for the big swing.
Taysom Hill is available in my league, too. I'm not picking him up. #contributing
ETA: I do need a RB though. I'm 9-1 and have Ekeler and Mostert possibly coming back next week, but right now I'm starting Darrell Henderson. The most-owned RBs that are available in my league are Nyhiem Hines, Kalen Ballage, Jamal Williams, and Damien Harris. With the workload Harris is getting recently and the Pats clearly being a run-first team, I feel like he's a no-brainer pickup and I should use most of my FAAB on him. Am I missing something here? Would you guys target any of those other options over him?

Nice league you got there. 9-1 with your tops two running backs out significant time and all those people still available on the WW. Do you play against children?
I think Harris is the play. The only issue is how the Pats use their RBs. Logic dictates Harris should be the workhorse going forward based on last week, but that's usually when Belichick plays someone like Rex Burkhead for 60 snaps or Sony Michel comes back and takes over as RB1. But rationally I think its Harris.
If its full point PPR Hines is a solid play as well. He was the only back that played will for Indy on Thursday and Rivers seems to trust him. That's a crowded backfield though so there is likely volatility with him.
I picked up T. Hill in my main league. I have TJ Hockenson, so I'll probably play him for this week and see how the Saints use Taysom. I just didn't want someone else picking him up in case he gets all the goal line work or Winston gets hurt and he becomes a real value at TE.

I like all them except Jamal Williams over Henderson. Jonathan Taylor and that other guy are really bad, I’m thinking Hines puts up good stats the next weeks, especially in ppr. With ballage you’re covered if ekeler has to miss more time. You would know more than me but I don’t think new England’s really a time share anymore? I would take Harris over Henderson.
