Got cash from my mom. She gave me the amount she gave my brother + his wife + their three kids + $10 to make it an even multiple of $100. She said its not fair that his family gets more just because he is married and has kids.
I'm like thats what I'm talking about. Where has this line of thinking been the last 10 years.
Not really, but I wasn't going to argue against the extra money.
We do have a childish game we always play called Mom Loves Me Better where we always inflate the value of the gifts she gives. Maybe I'll break this one out.
Apparently when my wife and daughter were out shopping for Christmas presents, my daughter was absolutely adamant about what she wanted to get me. Like, told my wife what she thought I would like, when they passed by it at Target she picked it out exactly.
