I think I only watched 2-3 eps of S1. I recall liking it but don’t remember any specifics. I’ll watch more probably.

OK i have a possible major nitpick. I am almost certain that the timeline in the show was 2012 when this scene happened. It was a jury selection scene. A white guy got out of being a juror bc he said he was beaten up by cops at a BLM rally. This was in episode 4.

I'm 96% sure this was 2012 in their timeline.

I googled and BLM hatched in 2013 after the Trayvon Martin decision. But I am almost positive that they showed 2013 on the show awhile after that scene. (they give you years when Jenkins logs his reports)

If I'm right, that is horrible writing.

I think he was there yeah. I cant remember when he was made homicide. It is quite confusing.
