Got to Vegas Sept 29. Got set up and my buddy's house, went grocery shopping, did laundry, etc.
Sept 30 - went to Orleans
Played $1/3 for 45 minutes and WON $130. Guess a seat opened up in the $2/5 game. Played that for 2 hours and WON $237. Don't remember anything from these games. Guess I didn't play long because I wasn't in the mindset yet after hiking for 10 or 11 days in CO and UT.
Oct 1 - started at Venetian
Played $2/4 No Limit for 10 min. LOST $4. Got called to $3/5 No Limit. Played 2.5 hours. WON $18. This room sucks for cash game poker. Will not be back
A friend was playing at Caesar's. Went to see her, and got on the sign up lists. Played one hand at $1/3, LOST $85 to a little old lady. Got called to the $2/5 game. Played 4.5 hours. WON $174. Game at Caesar's wasn't that great. Getting concerned if Vegas is going to be dead for action. But Caesar's only let's you buy in for $500 at the $2/5 game. I prefer the rooms that let you buy in for $1000 or more.
Oct 2 - started at Bellagio
Played $2/5 for 18 min. LOST $106. Got called to a new $5/10 No Limit game. Can buy in for up to $1500 which I did. Played for one hour and WON $549. At one point I was up $1200 or so. Then it seemed like the entire table started targeting me. Lost a couple of hands to big bets that were either bluffs or hands that could just beat me. On top of that Bellagio uses $10 chips for this game instead of $5 chips and it was really messing with my ability to figure out the pots and how much people had and were betting. So I fled. I'm sure I'll feel comfortable as I get more experience in it.
Went to Orleans
Played $1/3 for 2.5 hours. WON $298. Get called to the $2/5 game. Played 45 minutes. I knew I was tired and needed to leave. Decide to play one last hand. Get dealt AA. Raise to $25. Get called by 4 players. $125 in the pot. Flop comes AKQ all diamonds. First player checks to me. I bet $75. Next player raises to $250 even though there will be three players to act after him. Everyone else folds. I call with top set. I think I have $725 left. Turn does not pair the board. I check. Other guy bets $500. I should know at worst he has a straight, if not a flush. With 5 players in the hand, he is not bluffing. This has to be a fold. But I am really tired and my brain is muddled. So I do not fold. Instead I go all in. He thinks about it for 5 seconds and calls. He has the straight with a royal flush redraw. The river dose not pair the board and I LOSE $1000.
Oct 3 - start at Caesar's Palace
Play $1/3 for 30 min - WON $292. Get called to the $2/5 game. Play 2 hours. LOSE $146. Caesar's 2/5 game just hasn't been good. Think I'm done with this casino.
Head to the Encore (sister property of Wynn)
Play $2/5 for 3.5 hours. You can buy in for up to $1500 which I do. A kid from Little Rock in the game. He is bluffing a lot and getting out of line with a lot of hands. I think start of this hand I have $1600. I raise to $25 with 56 suited. He check raises to $80 from Big Blind. everyone else had folded so I call. flop is 843 with one of my suit. I have a open ended straight draw and a backdoor flush draw. He bets $65. I don't think he can have much here so I raise to $225. He makes it $500. I call. I have $1020 more and if I hit the straight, I will get paid. I could also pick up a flush draw that might help me if his next bet is small. Turn card is the 7 making my straight. I call and double up. He whines and says he had a set of 8's. I WON $1648 before leaving.
Went back to Caesar's. Said Hi to my friend. Got in my car and realized I had to piss. The elevators in the Caesars garage suck, so I just drove to Orleans and pissed there. Might as well play some poker. Played $1/3 for 30 min and realized the game was lame and I was tired. WON $53.
Oct 4 - after lunch realized I was tired and just napped all day.
Oct 5 - Started at Encore
Played $2/5 for 2 hours. The one big hand I had I made a bigger flush than another dude and got his chips. WON $679. Game kind of sucked.
Went to Orleans
Played $1/3 for 1 hour. WON $241. Played $2/5 for two hours. WON $340. Nothing noteworthy, game sucked and I got tired so went home.
Oct 6 - Went to Orleans
Played $2/5 for 7 hours. Basically card dead most of the day. But the big hand (I started the hand with 1260):
Folds to the Button who opens to $15. SB calls. I have AKo in the BB with A of clubs. I make it $65. They both call.
Flop is KT6 w/ two clubs. Sb checks. I bet $65. Button makes it 250. SB folds. I call.
Turn is a low blank. I check he bets 400. I tank call.
River a low club. I check he shoves. I have nut flush blocker. I call. He has busted straight draw.
Got to Vegas Sept 29. Got set up and my buddy's house, went grocery shopping, did laundry, etc.
Sept 30 - went to Orleans

Thank you, I enjoyed this post.
My overwhelming conclusion is that I am not comfortable enough with my gambling bankroll and abilities to actually win real money playing cash no limit games.
