I'm not even convinced 1994 is the best year in the 90s. IMO 95, 98, and 99 are just as strong top to bottom. Gun to my head i'm picking '99 because that's just some crazy depth and I'll put South Park up against any year's best. But there's a lot of greats in all of those years.

Honestly in my 94 rankings I think I caved a bit because I didn't want Yokel and theny to yell at me. Personally I prefer Ace Ventura to Dumb & Dumber.
