I’ve started listening. My one remark so far is about the guy that Simmons claimed it was his first movie and they both called him on it. I already forgot the dude’s name, but no one normal has ever heard of him or whatever the other movie was. I’m siding with Bill on this one.
they really need to say which characters they're talking about when they name some of these people, especially in the that guy section because half the time they get through and I have no clue who they're talking about
I have started to. Let me make a comment that these guys are gigantic fags. 'Its a more self aware, smarter version of American Pie.' Fuck off homos. Then the conqueror mentions how the Woodstock doc was a bunch of unaware late 90s folks.

Honestly, most of the that guys are from the party and with the exception of Francis (the guy who hits Hill with the car) and Mark (the party is at Mark's house--"Mark, I called the cops, hide your gun..."), I don't think they actually have names or at least they're not said.
Also, Miroki at least deserved a HM for Dion Waiters. Dude was fire. The cat flour whiskers thing cracks me up.

in this ep, it was more period blood girl that they were talking about I think first in Dion Waiters where they just said her real life name and went on without saying scenes or her character just that she was fire. Then a minute or two later they mentioned period blood so I was able to put two and two together (like her boyfriend!). Other eps they just say actors' names and I'm like I don't know who the fuck they're talking about.
Upon reflection, it is more in the Dion Waiters as opposed to That guy so my bad /teamdime

And yes, Miroki was gold star
I had forgotten he makes a return appearance passed out next to Michael Cera at the end of the party.
Weirdest thing about this ep IMO was the transition from what aged the best to what aged the worst. What aged the best? They list a bunch of hilarious lines - including "my back is on my cock" - that no one would ever put in a movie today, and I'm thinking they're actually being normal in this ep instead of whining about lines that would get people in trouble in 2021. What aged the worst? "The language. A lot of that wouldn't fly today." Fuck you, Simmons.
Also I strongly disagree with their opinion that Cera was even the slightest bit different in this role than he was in everything else he's ever done.

Do you have any thoughts on Jennifer Lawrence in Emma Stone's role?

He was suggesting her in the other role, as Emma Stone’s friend. It was a retarded suggestion.
I still can’t get over caring about Michael Cera’s age. Also, Steve Zahn.

Cera plays either less confident awkward teen (this, AD) or more confident awkward teen (Juno, Scott Pilgrim). Otherwise there's not a lot of range anywhere there.
I think the language that ages the worst are the F-slurs (thanks, Matt Damon). They're in there a lot more than I recalled, especially regarding Fogel.
Scene that I don't remember really affecting me but I thought was absolutely hilarious in my rewatch last night: Cera accidentally punching Becca in the tit.

When they were wondering why Becca's career never took off, I was surprised that they didn't say that she was market-corrected by Anna Kendrick

Going to go ahead and call bullshit on Bill's story about using a fake ID and being "Bart Osman" for 2 years. I feel like this would've come up before lol

You think he just made this up because he watched Superbad again and knew fake IDs would come up on the podcast?
I would like to add that I am not completing this edition of the rewatcahbles. I think i made it 7-9 mins.
It reminded me that I pretty much cant stand anyone involved, they are all gigantic homos about Trump - Apatow, Rogen, Hader (I presume), Jonah Hill is faggy, Cera sucks, Emma Stone is not hot, McLovin stinks. I only liked the female asking for Kyles Killer Lemonade.
Remember when Bricks was happy that Kyle was selected as the gayest name on some list bc thats his name? I do.
