From June 2 episode, they talked about Jan 6. How unexpected. They said how its cool that republicans are just openly racist and will just get away with Jan 6 with no penalties.
Of the more than 400 federal defendants so far, at least 100 are facing only lower-level crimes such as disorderly conduct and entering a restricted area that do not typically result in time behind bars for first-time offenders. Hundreds more were also charged with more serious offenses — like conspiracy, assault or obstruction of an official proceeding — that carry hefty prison time of years behind bars, but these defendants could take pleas that would wipe those charges from their cases. Prosecutors have said they expect to charge at least 100 more people.
I listened to yesterdays episode where they had a Black female guest on, and they talked about books to read.
I like to listen to this because they are so fucking whiny and insane that I find it a little entertaining, the stretches they do to bash whites.
But yesterday was just too much. Since they were talking books, the Asian flaming gay cohost said that he really needs to clean up his bookshelf and get rid of any books written by whites. He just cant take white people anymore. They agreed, of course. Later on the guest recommended a book by a white guy, but she had to qualify it by saying the book will make you hate the white family in it, so its ok. The hosts expressed relief.
I reported the podcast to Apple Podcasts. I forget the category I reported it in, but I wrote some comments about how its very racist and uncomfortable to listen to.
I didnt get any notification that they have been cancelled yet.
Would it even be possible to openly say you cant stand Blacks on any Apple podcast? Like seriously.
I listened to 2 Megyn Kelly Podcasts this weekend, I have a lot going on.
One was last week with Jason Whitlock and his podcast host, Uncle Jimmy I think. I love Whitlock, he says what we're all thinking, but it has gravitas bc he is Black. Deep dive into Rachel/Maria.
Then was the next ep I think, Megyn with a female comedian called Chrissie Mayr. Have you heard of her? I guess she has conservative beliefs that she developed over the past several years with the crazy behavior of the 79s. Her and Meg talked doggie style sex, which is nice to picture, so thank you.
Oh and then last night I heard a little of a podcast hosted by Dan LeBatard, he had Jemele Hill on. AGAIN, Jemele let me down with her normal thoughts. They talked Rachel/Maria, and she had reasonable thoughts. I think she must just be wild on Twitter bc when I hear her speak, she isnt a racist cunt about everything. I could tell LeBatard was let down, he crowbarred in shots at Whitlock and Clay Tavis (Called Clay a shitstain) for their take that Maria leaked the audio to the NYT as leverage for her contract. How dare they think the obvious.
On today’s Tuesdays With Stories, List discussed his recent show in Salt Lake City. Apparently during the trip he was accosted by a crazy homeless person who called him a bunch of names and made him run away to avoid a physical altercation. mj, thoughts?
Also it’s the second time this has happened to him in the past couple months. The other one was in Austin (not Massachusetts). Sounds like he’s hanging out in some sweet neighborhoods for these gigs.

I assume he played at Wiseguys. That is near a nice outdoor mall that has fallen on rough times after the LDS Church opened a nicer outdoor mall nearby. They had a huge homeless problem there, but I assumed it was better after they closed this super large homeless shelter that was near there. The City finally took action there when a visiting AAA baseball player was hospitalized after getting hit on the head by a homeless guy. Maybe they still have some work to do.
I dropped off someone who lived in an apartment near there there around 7 a.m. years ago. There were so many homeless people standing around it looked like Hamsterdam from The Wire.

Anything else, Robin?
TY. Sounds like a nice place. He also mentioned that the city seems like a shithole over all, and that if you don't have a car to go to Park City or go hiking or whatever, then stay away.

The downtown area of Salt Lake is not great. They are a few nice, fun spots, but downtown in a lot of areas is run down and dirty. It really has become more so because of the pandemic.
Public transportation is not great here, so it is definitely a car city. You could have a trip in Park City, and you would not need a car once you were there.
I haven't listened to Part 2 yet, but Ruthless from the Iowa State Fair last week was very entertaining. Dong, did you go to the fair? It sounds awesome.
