I think I saw a mainstream person retweet Bari the other day (Jake Tapper maybe?) I'm sure cancellation will be swift and brutal.
Devastating news, I'm sure.
I hear there were mixed reactions to Bridget's recent podcast with Glenn Greenwald. If you can imagine such a scenario... Some people thought it was an interesting and thought-provoking discussion, while others - who may or may not have voted for a different Presidential candidate than the folks in the first group - believe he is a danger to the very fabric of our society and no one should ever interview him and give him the opportunity to spew his rhetoric to a new audience.
Story of Greenwald's career. Beloved by libs early because he was extremely critical of the Bush admin, didn't fawn over Obama's administration, and then criticized dems during the Trump admin. Weird how that works out.

So he has changed his mind about things based on individual people/events, rather than sticking to a retarded party line for his whole life? What a monster!

i forgot about him until just now. he used to write for espn and simmons had him on his podcast but he had a controversy and disappeared
I think he wondered why we should rebuild Haiti after a hurricane, because he thought it was a shit hole. Completely cancelled after that. It was something stupid to say.

ty, yeah i remembered it was something really dumb
Chrissy and Bobby Bakala go through every episode. It has some interesting information in each episode, but it is not fantastic yet, I am in episode 2. I bet it will get better as they get more familiar.
They are better at podcasting than the Office Ladies.

Solid rec for 31.
i listened to this for awhile, it didn't do that much for me so i stopped. one ep someone who worked for the show (not an actor) was calling james gandolfini a difficult person, it got a little awkward. also, baccala hates robert deniro.
in episode 1 (the series preview), he had this Black women on. It was pretty boring, but she did get me a little triggered finally. She said that it has been in the conservative racist white folks best interest to keep racism alive for financial purposes. I LOL'd at that. I mean, the only ones talking about racism is the 79s...all the fucking time! She said this to Ibram Kendi, whos entire livelihood is built on the idea that racism exists and runs rampant! And he agreed!
The next episode was even more boring, but he did have some white women handicapped person on, or at least someone that is a part of a handicapped foundation. I wasnt sure, it was so lame. But they talked about how 70% of handicaps are unemployed. Oh and the flynt michigan water has given thousands of residents learning disabilities, whatever that even means. - Anyway the good racism stuff came in the beginning when the idiot host Kendi talked about how his learning disability brother called the cops one time on their parents. Ibram rushed over there form his house to hopefully prevent the racist cops from murdering the family. Luckily he got there in time.
This pod is awful, but I hope it gets juicier and whinier.
