the Road to Bankruptcy (sports betting)

I have this friend that I've mentioned here a few times.  Nice guy, but tries way too hard to be everyone's best friend and just never shuts up.  I like him in small doses.  ANYWAY... He's a fellow degen, but he's also a moron.  He tells me I'm a "genious" every time I mention  winning a bet.  I've told him repeatedly that the vast majority of my bets are not my own; I'm following the advice of smarter people who use math and stuff to tell me what's +EV.  The first time we had this discussion, he was all excited about it and asked me who to follow.  I gave him the names of my favorite gambling Twitter accounts, and as far as I can tell he doesn't even remember that conversation.  But he keeps asking me to send him my bets so he can follow them.  We have a group on DK now so he does see all the bets I make there, but he almost never tails them.  But he asks me to send him links to FD plays that I like.  Am I an asshole for wanting to completely ignore him?  I told you how to get the same info I have.  The onus should not be on me to also send you my bet after I place it.  Either follow the same system or don't, but I'm not doing it for you.

He's also just so fucking dramatic about it.  Last night he texted me "30?" about the FD boost, as in, "Should I play it for $30?"  First of all, I dn't know what $30 means to you so don't leave it up to me to decide how muc you should bet.  But then I told him I wasn't playing it because the Twitter guys said it's not good value.  He writes back "F me. I quit."  Because he had already bet $30 on it.  Why the fuck are you asking me for advice on a bet you already made, r-tard?  And again, I've told you repeatedly where I get my advice on whether or not to play these.  It's very easy to go look it up, understand the concept of a "unit," and bet accordingly.  Don't put it on me, and don't act like a little girl when you don't like my answer.

By no means do I think anyone has to follow the same system that UEM and PJ and I do.  I very strongly endorse it, but it's fine if you want to do your own thing.  But either do your own thing or don't, and leave me out of it if you're gonna be a cunt about it.
