Laws that grant “fetal personhood” can deter pregnant people, particularly some people of color, from seeking care
First of all, just fucking stop with "pregnant people" please. Also, how exactly are people of color particularly deterred from seeking care? Are the laws specifically making it harder to get care based on your skin color? Because if they're not (and they're very obviously not), then I think what you're actually saying is that black people are too stupid to figure out what the law means so they end up being hurt more by it than white people are. Tagging on "parcitularly people of color" to every single fucking thing that's bad for everyone is just so infantalizing (no pund intended lol).

But absolutely works on some people.

Of course it does. We’re all susceptible to bullshit; it’s just that some of it has been deemed good and progressive bullshit.
Doctors and nurses are intentionally acting stupid so women die and then they can blame "abortion bans". Yes, that is pretty bad.
If that is the case I agree that would be terrible as well. Even if it’s not intentional.
Intentional or not, I really think that's a lot of what's going on here. A ban on abortions after X number of weeks, with exceptions for the life of the mother, should be achievable. But if the exceptions aren't clear, and the providers and patients aren't properly educated about what they can and can't do, then people probably are going to die. As I said yesterday, the solution to this is not "Abortion bans are inherently bad, and if you disagree then it means you hate women."
