How weird. Despite the fantastic and unexpected start to the season, for some fucking reason the scrappy ass Rays are now tied with us for first place. So annoying. Is Evan Longoria still on that team?

Red Sox pitchers are getting prison humped this past week. I'm 100% confident it has absolutely nothing to do with the crackdown on cheating pitchers. No sir, just poor mechanics, is all.
Our cheating manager said he and the staff will make corrections. LOL.

Felt from the beginning of the season this team was overachieving and would soon find it's level, and here we are. Only problem is, I don't think Tampa is that much better and will be prone to the same peaks and valleys.
One thing we can all agree on is Garrett Richards sucks goat ass.

Richards is atrocious.
They're better than they've played recently, but you're probably right that they were overachieving for a while. They can absolutely still win the division, but unless Sale comes back and is something close to his peak there's no way they have the pitching to be a legit World Series contender.

Part of me wishes they didn't do so well against Baltimore last weekend so we could fully extinguish any hope left in this season. My goodness, what a collapse. It looks like an entirely different team.

They've been overachieving essentially the entire year. The talent level, especially the pitching staff, isn't as good as they appeared to be. After the trade deadline when they did basically nothing, it seems like they deflated and regressed back to who they really are.
