Bobby Hull was a terrible person. Most athletes can outrun or outskate that with what they accomplish on the field or ice. But even though Hull was one of the best hockey players of all time, the monster he was in his everyday life should shine through his accomplishments. He is no symbol of anything other than being a ghoul, and something that the NHL, and especially the Chicago Blackhawks, should be running away from.
Deadspin is very embarrassing.
I bet you they have at least a few writers that dont believe the shit they are forced to write. This journalist has another post on their homepage where he whines about the NHL and G&F shit, this time the Rangers not the Flyers.

I didn't know about the allegations against Hull until I read that post. If all those are true, he is pretty despicable and not in judging an older person by 2023 standards kind of way.
Not sure you need to tap dance on the guy's grave, but I kind of get it.
something similar happened a few years ago when a local reporter interviewed Jordan Clarkson about the upcoming Jazz season and she thought that Clarkson was just a regular fan.
I was watching some of the awards show with the kids the other night, and I legitimatley forgot the draft hadn't happened yet. They were interviewing Bedard and one of them asked who it was, and I said "He was just the #1 pick in the draft, he'll be on the Blackhawks next year."
