Fox Sports Refuses To Show ‘Jeopardy!’ Champ Amy Schneider Throwing First Pitch at Giants' Pride Game
I was going to say, when do they ever show a first pitch anyway, but I guess they did and it was 2 days old. So i see the point of 79. However wtf
When openly trans Jeopardy! champion Amy Schneider threw the first pitch for Saturday night’s Giants game, the Fox Sports Network played someone else’s first pitch instead — footage that was two days old.
Compare this to what television viewers were shown on Fox Sports, as we’ve embedded above. Viewers are shown NASCAR driver Kurt Busch throwing out a first pitch, in footage that was taken the previous Thursday from a Giants-Rockies game. Fox Sports announcer Adam Amin very misleadingly tells viewers, “Kurt Busch threw out the first pitch. Of course, we’ve got the NASCAR race tomorrow coming up from Sonoma. You’ll see that on the Fox networks.”
