Speculation that they would take Bryce Young seems dumb to me. I love Bryce Young but the dude is so small, in no world can he be considered a can't miss guy.

Agree--they've begun to figure out how to use Fields. Get assets to build around him.
The Texans totally fucked up by winning yesterday and then fired their coach today. They'd probably have taken Stroud at 1 but now...they're stuck behind the Bears and whoever might trade up.

I actually like Young as an NFL prospect imo.
I think Young and Stroud are both very good prospects, and Stroud helped himself immeasurably by how good he was against Georgia, but I can't see either of them being can't miss.

Oh, I agree neither is can't miss but they're in that top tier with Levis. Those three will be picked in the top 7 or 8 picks because NFL teams know they need talent at QB to win.

AR15 put up the record for vertical and broad jump for QBs and also ran a 4.44 40. Loved the guy coming into last season and he just kind of shit the bed. Raw as hell but if you're going to pick the SEC QB that looks the part but never really put it together, I'd take him over Will Levis 100 out of 100 times.
I heard an interview yesterday with Will Levis' OC at Kentucky from 2021 an I have talked myself into Will Levis #1. The guy said Levis is first in/last out, is a great leader, can make all the throws, is a guy he'd be happy if his daughter married, is a big load so he can hurt you running, had different OCs so he knows all the playcall language (this will help him early at mini camps), etc. He said that he made some mistakes bc he tried to do too much bc Kentucky was undermanned against some of the opponents.
He thinks the guy has a super high ceiling.
I really like Bryce Young, but he could get broken in half at any time, and Stroud.....idk. 1 awesome game with a month to prep in a dome.
