There's this farm in town that we've gone strawberry picking at a couple times (without Keith hahaha good one, mj). It's run by the dude with the corn-cob pipe in this pic. He's running for town council as a Republican; I don't know if he's one of the racists that magnum doesn't like.
ANYWAY, this post isn't about him, but I digress... That train in the pic is their 'Gray Granite Railroad' that runs on/around their farm. They do kids' train rides and have seasonal themed events, like a Santa's Village thing and whatnot. For Halloween this year they are doing something called Tracks of Torment. It looks legitimately terrifying, but I'm considering giving it a whirl. Check out the production values on this video, btw. Looks like a trailer for a real horror movie IMHO.

My oldest cannot decide what he wants to be this year. He's graduated to wanting to be something scary but not too scary. At the store on Sunday he was gravitating to a Scream mask, but said it was uncomfortable.
My middle kid is going as a Minecraft Creeper.
My youngest will be a unicorn or princess or something at the last minute.
My kids haven't decided what they want to be either. P2 also said he wants to be something scary, but that's as far as we've gotten. He briefly mentioned Pennywise, but I think he's moved on. The little one was playing dress up yesterday with a bunch of stuff we have from when the boys were younger. Mostly those super-hero outfits with the muscles built in and stuff. She put on a Captain America shirt, with a Batman suit over that, and then some green pants that I believe are from a Ninjago costume. Topped the whole thing off with a magician's hat and asked me "Do you like my Halloween?" Pretty adorable IYO.

If your kids want to go as something scary, go as Dr. Fauci.

Did you tell him you don’t care if it uncomfortable, he’s a 79 and he needs to mask up to comply with Halloween traditions/mandates?
Anyway, here my contribution to this thread #letsseesomecheeks

The one racist/anti-Semite guy is definitely drunk facebook posting and then deletes it the next day when he realizes he sounds like a jackass.
This is not that dude, but corn cob pipe definitely had made some interesting posts about wanting tankville to go back to what it used to be (who knows what that even means). He seems like an interesting character. Not sure how he even has time to be on town council. Isn't he a cop, along with running a farm and trains and shit?

The train ride looks terrifying.
Is he a cop too? I didn't realize that. Sounds like a busy guy. My BIL is friendly with him a little bit and says he's a pretty good dude; I think they graduated HS together. I'd maybe vote for him if I was inclined to vote.
