I got STARZ again yesterday. Free 7 day trial, then I think its $8 or 9 a month. I'll just drop Netflix.
I got it bc I wanted to watch the 2 spinoff Power shows, and we already know that BMF is going to be sick, there is zero question.
Power Book 2 Ghost
- This isnt a spinoff, its more of a continuation of Power. It follows Tariq as a freshman in college, still involved in Gangster shit, with Tasha in prison awaiting trial. 4.5 episodes in, I like it mostly. Its more Black than Power by a smidge, but its fine. The rare whites are slimeballs, believe it or not.
- Nitpick: Method Man plays the most powerful defense attorney in New York. That is NOT believable. He got his nude scene out the way in ep 4, shows his caboose. Thats what they say, if you sign up to be on Power, you are getting naked /LaLa Anthony. They showed 50 stroking his rod in Power, it was crazy.
- Pretty good show, I think.
This has 20 eps, and then I go to:
Power Book 3: Raising Kanan
- This show will be bloody, cant wait. I think its more of a prequel to Power.
