They were showing the intro, Osceola comes out on his horse, whole place going nuts, i'm pointing it out to my kid...and then they cut to commercial and came back to show the flaming spear part. sucked the wind out of the whole thing for me. anyway, that was the game of the weekend. Doak was loud as fuck.

I did watch that yes. I bet that game at the casino and rushed home to see that part. That was anti climactic yes. (I split 2 $50 bets on it, had ND - 7 and over 54. ND was up 38-20, so I shoulda won both, thanks BK).

Agreed--that game was fun as hell. FSU deserved to both win and lose that game. Running the wildcat twice in a row before a crappy fourth down call in your own end plus icing your kicker who made a 50 yard FG before missing a shorter one after a successful review. It had it all. Oh, and the ABC crew gargling McKenzie Milton's nuts. Good lord. I get he's coming back from basically losing his leg but Joe Tess was way over the top.
