I actually agree. She's fat, but not too fat to ride a horse IMO.

I think they're saying seed oils should be a lower percentage than they are now, maybe? Also, I just noticed it says "toxic testosterone" in that blub about seed oils. Few things are more toxic than testosterone; I think we can all agree on this.

I was gonna mention the "toxic testosterone" and also note that it's pretty clear canola/vegetable oil are just horrible for you... then I said nah, who'll want to live when we're eating ants, cockroaches, and beetles like some fucking Indiana Jones movie
