On to the brackets....
WEST REGION
We start out West where we find our overall number one seed - the UNLV Runnin' Rebels who steamrolled through their pool undefeated and outscoring their opponents by an average of 29 points per game.
They will play host to the #16-seeded South Carolina Gamecocks, a winless crew whose been outscored by over 20 points per game. They seem likely to get trained like Yokel's mom.
The winner of that contest could be squaring off with the Hawks of St. Joe's who are being sent out West as the #8 seed. The 4-2 squad's only losses were to the Rebels.
In order to get another shot at the favorite, St. Joe's will have to get through the #9-seeded Iowa State Cyclones who finished their pool play with a 2-4 mark. Will dong's team ackshully be better than PJ's?
MIDWEST REGION
Holding the top seed in the Midwest and the #4 seed overall, the 5-1 Duke Blue Devils will look to weave their way through a trio of Big Ten teams.
They will square off first with the #13 Indiana Hoosiers who collected only one win in their six regular seasons games. Wear the hat, Kite.
On the other side of the bracket, the #5-seeded Illinois Fightin' Illini bring their 4-2 mark to the dance suffering twice in contests against the Houston Cougars.
To set up a dance with Duke, the Illini will first have to dispatch the #12-seeded Ohio State Buckeyes, a program that collected only one win against five losses. No word on who the sideline reporter will be, mj and ball?
SOUTH REGION
Coming out of the South is our overall #2-seed, the Houston Cougars who rolled through their competition undefeated and averaging 89 points per game.
They'll meet up with the #15-seeded Michigan Wolverines who won zero games, zero Big Ten titles, and zero national championships. Ever. Might as well have been a mid-major.
Waiting for the Cougars in the second round could be the #7-seeded Florida Gators, a 4-2 squad whose only losses came at the hands of the undefeated Georgetown Hoyas.
The SEC powerhouse will first meet up with the UMass Minutemen who collected two wins in their six regular-season contests. The whole reason to do this is to see the Camby-Noah matchup, right?
EAST REGION
The Beasts of the East have been the Georgetown Hoyas who finished the regular season with a perfect 6-0 mark.
They will host a disappointing but talented #14-seeded NC State Wolfpack, perhaps the most adored team in the fray. It's got to be the 1973 hi-top Converse holding them back. Has to be.
The winner of that contest could see a dangerous, but thin, Kentucky Wildcats squad who finished their regular season with four wins.
That's if Big Blue can get by our #11 seed, the UConn Huskies. Spoiler: They can because this is totally rigged. Totally. Against UConn.

How isn't Larry Johnson on the first team?
There's a realistic chance we get a true whatif final four of UNLV, Illinois, Houston, and Georgetown.
Some of you are unsure of where the National Player of the Year fits in?
Well, most basketball teams aren't permitted to have 6 players.
As a casual college sports fan, I genuinely don't know... In real life is the POY one of the 5 listed on the First Team All-American team? Or are the AA teams the "best of the rest" after the #1 guy?

No, they're listed on the roster.
TY. I thought so, but UEM seemed to be acting like this was a crazy question.
