College Baseball

Those of you who follow me on twitter know how I feel about this so I won't rehash it here but it sucks for those guys to get this far only to be told AT 1 FUCKING AM CT their season is done. Plus, for the ones who tested positive after being vaccinated (and were tested against NCAA protocols for vaccinated individuals) it was an additional kick in the nuts. The NCAA is a giant fucking sham.

To be honest I'm not really sure what the NCAA's policy is here (and I may have misspoken about the testing requirements--I think once there's a positive the entire team is tested), but look back no further than Trevor Lawrence having to sit out two games during Clemson's season and being able to stand on the sidelines (mask down no less) to see the NCAA's hypocrisy in all of this. 

And Vandy's coach can eat a bag of dicks with this quote after yesterday's game (against a completely undermanned NC State squad):

The NCAA didn't screw NC St, NC St screwed NC St.

Weren’t there thousands of fans there who aren’t required to be tested? Everything about the management of this disease has been so fucking inconsistent and retarded.

What a clown that Vandy coach is.  I think the sentiment is, "we didn't want to advance that way, and we feel for the NC State team and their disappointment."   However, I guess the Vandy Coach may have played a role in N.C. State not being able to play.   

I thought I read where the Vandy Coach asked that all N.C. State players be tested, even the vaccinated ones, after the first positive test which led to the 4 positive tests among vaccinated players.  Flush?
