No league commissioner is more organized and more persistent than Monty. We draft on the 23rd. I will do 2-3 mocks prior to that once I know my draft position.

There was no mention of that in the text exchanges we've had so far. As a normal, I have no idea of any of these guys' vaccination status and have no intentions of asking any of them. Of the 11 other dudes besides myself, there are 8 that I'm virtually certain are vaccinated; the other 3 I'd say are more likely than not but I don't know them quite as well so I'm not as confident in that guess.
