{Spoiler} Vader snapping necks was pretty fucking awesome. I can't believe Woke Disney allowed that. Also, how did Obi-Wan's beard and hair not burn off? I'm curious if this will help explain why he looked so old in "New Hope".

I haven't watched this ep yet (might fire it up this afternoon if I get a chance) but regarding part of your spoiler:
{Spoiler} Last week when the first eps rolled out people were asking why McGregor didn't look as old as Guinness did in ANH. So I did some wiki research and McGregor is roughly the same age Guinness would've been at the same point in time (10 years after ROTS). Guinness was 63 when ANH was released and would've been 53 10 years after ROTS. McGregor is 51 now so only a couple years difference in age really. Maybe the aging is explained like you said but at least their ages line up.

I've been pretty impressed so far. I enjoy everyone online freaking out about continuity issues when the show is only halfway done.
{Spoiler} The guard getting sliced in half by the gate got me pretty good. I know they've cut people in half before (Darth Maul) but it still caught me by surprise.
I'm pretty surprised that they are overlapping Marvel & Star Wars content by having Ms. Marvel premiere the same day as an Obi-Wan episode release.
I wonder if that's less of a concern in the streaming era. You don't have to worry so much about "ratings" when everyone has ample opportunity to watch both and there's no concern about watching in real-time.
