"Baker Mayfield will turn back into the steal of the century," Bayless continued while rapping the table. "He will be the biggest free-agent bargain ever because of what you saw the other night on full display."

Flush, thoughts?
I think he played a series. Let's hold off on making him a Hall of Sander just yet.
Tweeted when the Panthers got into scoring territory late in the game they should've gone for the TD instead of the FG. The roughing the passer penalty on Cleveland's last drive was pure BS but shouldn't have come down to that.
Panthers got off to a slow start and it cost them. Took a while for Mayfield to get going but he was pretty good once he did. But the OL is still trash and the Cleveland RBs tore up the defense. Credit to the rookie kicker for making the FG at the end. That was a game the Panthers should've won even with all the bad play in the first 2+ quarters.
If the Panthers don't win at NYG next week they may not win a game until week 8 (at ATL). By then Rhule should be long gone.

This will come as a surprise to some, but Jacoby Brissett is not a very good QB. He just holds on to the ball, does not see open receivers and when he does see them over or under throws them. The Browns should have been up by 3 TDs at halftime.
The Browns would not have beaten many teams the way they played yesterday, but the Panthers were one of them. They looked so bad in the first half.
On to New York Jets where I face the no longer elite Joe Flacco. 2-0 very much on the table.

Brissett holding the ball too long was an issue he had coming out of NC State. He's a solid backup QB but I kept expecting him to make a mistake yesterday. You guys were gashing us with the run and I figured you'd do the Browns thing where you do something stupid like go away from the run and he'd throw an INT or something.
