My white is watching "The Great." It's a comedy about Catherine the Great taking over Russia. I have wandered in and out of it so my perspective is not ideal but...it seems ok i guess. i am not sure if it's supposed to be a joke or not but all of the actors using british accents is very funny to me. Dakota Fanning's sort of hot little sister is Catherine, and that Nicholas Hoult guy who is going to be in every movie next year (top gun, Mission Impossible 7, Mad Max sequel) is Peter.

Why do they always have British accents in all the movies about like ancient Rome and shit? I guess this isn't the exact same thing, but I always thought that was dumb. Some comic has a bit about it.

at first i assumed everyone was british and they just weren't "doing" accents but then i realized that was Elle Fanning and she's 'murican.
