In 1984, there the cop helicopter movie Blue Thunder was turned into a TV series. A pre-SNL Dana Carvey was the second lead. Dick Butkis and Bubba Smith co-starred. The show lasted 11 episodes. I made it 10 minutes into the first episode. It was real bad.

I think Carvey was fired from that show. He has talked about it on his podcast with Spade.

Doubling down. Winnie Cooper was cute, but of all the improbably pretty girls Kevin dated on that show, she was the homeliest. And the actress might have a math degree or whatever, but the Winnie the character was kind of dumb.
