The Social Dilemma is a documentary/drama on Netflix that explains wtf social media is doing to our society. Highly recommend to everyone, and especially if you have kids.
Yeah that was very good. Despite the three Pete Campbells controlling that kid.
Yes, the documentary part was much better than the drama part, but I think it was probably pretty accurate in depicting what the algorithms are actually doing behind the curtain.
I watched a couple more episodes of The Cabin last night. The one with Nikki Glaser and Caitlyn Jenner was pretty good. The one with Donnell Rawlings and Bobby Lee might be in the running for funniest 30 minutes of TV I've ever watched. Holy shit, those dudes are absolute fucking lunatics.
I love the people he has on but for whatever reason I really just can't stand Bert. Not since Chris Farley have we seen someone so willing to take their shirt off for literally no reason.
Love Tom Segura, Glaser, Bobby Lee. Worth the watch if we hate Bert?

Hmm, tough call really. He can definitely be a lot to handle, and the whole show does revolve around him. So if you really dislike him that much, I'd say probably stay away. But the episode with Bobby Lee - who you like - was definitely the best one. There's no need to watch them in order or anything, so I'd say give that ep a shot and see what you think. It's only a half hour.
I didn't find it to be overtly feminist as has been previously mentioned. Obv, they will touch on issues in a woman-fronted show, but it wasn't bothersome to me at all.
I'm in for S2 but I'm not exactly sure where they can take the story.

TY I may check it out now
i'm not a huge fan of life disaster porn entertainment like this or This is Us, or (for anyone who went on dates in the 90's) Hope Floats.
Really though, i am angry at my sister here for assuming i'm some kind of SJW who doesn't know when obnoxious feminism is slapping me in the face with my entertainment. hahaha

the white is watching the new season of The Crown. What a tedious show. I assume Gillian Anderson is doing a good job imitating Margaret Thatcher but it's excruciating to watch all the tics and weird sideways positioning of her head. They did a good job casting the princess Diana actress, looks enough like the real version to be passable but much more attractive. I have watched the entire run of this series and as it gets closer to the present it gets less interesting.
