I don't think any of you, besides Prez, have kids that are approaching college age. However, I would be interested in your thoughts.
My alcoholic ex-niece is attending Merrimack College in the fall as a freshperson. It is near Boston, OF COURSE. The family presently lives in California.
Rather than living on campus, her parents have rented her a two-bedroom apartment near campus. She will live alone. Her mom is going to stay there for the first two weeks of college, and then her father is going to stay with her the third week.
Is this crazy?
