My parenting work is mostly done, but I had the opportunity to judge some strangers parenting skills.
I got a haircut today, my barber moved to new much bigger place since re-opening... there are now 5 guys cutting hair in a huge shop (the old place was a tiny hole in the wall that barely fit 3 chairs). A couple of them are playing GTA on a 100+" TV when I walked in.
While I'm in the chair, one of the partners (not the guy who cuts my hair) had his wife bring in their kid, I'd guess he was 4 or 5 yo. They sit the kid down and give him a controller and start showing him how to play GTA. Of course he's terrible, but there's all kinds of inappropriate shit going on in the game and the kid was clearly shocked by it. Lots of chuckles from the peanut gallery and a good time was had by all, but I felt kinda sorry for the kid whose parents didn't realize that a 4 year old can't process sex, drugs, violence and profanity.

I will mention that flavored milk and report back. And no, he doesn't drink coffee.
Wolf, we have to tell Shabazz to go to the bathroom a lot. Hasn't had an accident in a while, but it's super irritating to have to remind him to go. I'm sure it's because Pup 2 is distracted by tv or something, right?

Yeah I think he's just distracted and doesn't care. This just started in the last few weeks; all of a sudden he does it once or twice a week. That was already getting on my nerves; three times in one day had me wanting to kill him.

my kid does it too. it's weird that this is universal, having seen all the dumb sitcom bits on tv where the kid is doing the obvious pee dance and then claims not to need to go (and then has an accident in uproarious fashion).
