LMAO. I'm not positive who actually ordered the pizzas, but I believe it was this lovely lady. Aren't you glad you asked?
What's her partner look like and which one carried the baby?
if you told me someone ordered 9 pizzas and 7 were cheese and 2 were veggie.... this is exactly the type of person I would picture, about the only thing missing is her throwing out unsolicited comments about cheese being an animal product and that cows shouldn't be enslaved while also noting that they fart so much they're going to kill us all or some such bullshit

LOL. She definitely looks like that type, and as stated in the shoutbox she's certainly a Biden voter. But in my experience with her, she's not very vocal about politics (obviously her shirt indicates that maybe she's more vocal when I'm not around). She's really fucking annoying about hockey (mostly just based on thinking her kid is better than he really is), so it wouldn't surprise me to learn that she's equally annoying about other topics. But she has kept her politics to herself around me, so I can't hate her for that. She's not even a vegetarian herself, so the pizza order was weird. I get that just getting a bunch of cheese is "safe" but if you're gonna get toppings on 2 of the 9 pizzas... why the fuck would you pick veggie? Don't think it makes sense to mix in a pepperoni or 2? Most of the people eating this are 9 year old boys, dummy.

There was some swimming lesson talk in the shoutbox, so thought I would make a post about my experience.
I lived in Tankville until summer before 6th grade. Up until that point, we belonged to a local swim club and I took swim lessons. That stopped when we moved to NH when I was 11. When I was a freshman in high school, my parents decided that us kids (I was 14, my brother was 11 and my youngest brother was 5) should take swim lessons at the YMCA. Well, my parents didn't know what level I was since it had been like 4 years since I had swim lessons. So they signed me up for the "Guppies" class. I show up, and am with like 6 year olds. And my teacher is a junior at my high school (his sister was on my field hockey team). So embarrassing. Needless to say, I quickly moved up to the "Sharks." I refused to do swimming lessons after that session.
Such a wild story. I saw some Twitter chatter online about how it seemed like the ESPN announcers were being really hard on them....didn't realize it was a scam until I saw that article this morning.

Someone should have at least looked to see if they had been any good last year. Barring a TON of prospects showing up (that would have been noted on a recruiting site), that's a good indicator of how the game will play out.

Umm, the article says they were 0-6 last year.
What I mean. I see an 0-6 team and then I see that no big name prospects are coming in, I'm saying "uhh, no. They beat you 56-6 last year, we want something competitive."

How about this: ESPN scheduled it knowing this would happen and people would talk about it.
How else would anyone even know they show HS games?
Aren't there more people involved than just ESPN? Like, don't the teams have to agree to play each other or something? And why does interstate HS football even exist? Play the teams in your area like normals, please.

I saw Lebron play in the Palestra when he was in high school, and it was the wildest live sporting event I ever attended I think. It was LOUD when he got crossed over by this little fat guard from Philly in the 4th.
