BBQ and Steak aren't cuisines. If you want to include them put them in an 'American' category.
I'd rank cuisines the following:
1. Italian - so many options to choose from: various pastas, sauces, and pizza (which puts it over my #2 below) 2. American - steaks, burgers, hot dogs, fries, bbq, beer/bourbon 3. Mexican - a wide array of options as well: tacos, burritos, chimichangas, chips and queso, guacamole/salsa, margaritas 4. Japanese - sushi, hibachi, sake 5. Indian - just a notch above Thai due to the variety of options
HM: Thai, Vietnamese, Ethiopian, UK (haggis, black/white pudding, fish and chips)
Fucking British food, Flush? If that was a serious HM, we may not be friends anymore.
It's a wild choice.
I'd take a good burger over just about anything. And the only thing that even gets Italian near my top 5 is because pizza would presumably be lumped in. If that's a different category, Italian isn't even getting an HM.

Y'all are sleeping on haggis. Fish and chips when done right is damn good pub food.
Fish and chips is excellent. I will gladly give the Brits credit for that. I tried haggis once and was not impressed, and that pudding nonsense can lick my butthole. One good item does not qualify a country for a good cuisine list IMHO. To each his own, I guess. I was kidding about not being friends; you're allowed to have terible opinions and still be a good dude.
Oh shit, shepherd's pie is good too. Fine, they had TWO good ideas.
