I laughed. 

I also watched in a BO, as fans of my texts with you will recall.  I guess I'll just rehash those exact thoughts here for other people to read and not care about...

I couldn't get through the cold open, I swear it was like 27 minutes long.  Ended up fast forwarding through to get to the rest of the show.  The only sketch I really remembers is the 100K Pyramid one.  It actually had a few laughs, but my wife had no clue who the people were and I suspect that's true of most normal non-online folks.  WU was good until they brought Bowen Yang on as the hippo.  He's the worst cast member they've ever had.

Oh yes, it was. That was pretty funny.

ETA: I didn't "get" Jean Smart's monologue at all.  But she looks pretty damn good for 73 IMO.  I'm glad she didn't kill herself before she got to 70.

I sorta did block him out of my memory, I guess.  But seriously, Bowen Yang is worse.

I agree with her about the Trump guy. Is this the same guy they had last season that everyone said was great? I don't recall seeing him before, but he didn't do it for me.  It's a shame they can't get Shane Gillis; he does the best Trump and it's not close.

I have a deep irrational hatred for Maya Rudolph, but I think she does a very good Kamala impression.

The overall sketch was not funny.  I chuckled sensibly once or twice in the first few minutes and then skipped the rest because it was just dragging on.  I don't even remember seeing Carvey.
