Like a good little r*cist, I listened to 2 Megyn Kelly podcasts yesterday. Wasnt expecting much, but they were both good.
One was with Adam Carolla - terrific, obviously. His hatred of Gavin Newsome and teachers unions is funny. Also funny bc he interviewed Newsom 7 years ago - its on youtube - and they got along well enough in between Carolla bashing the government the entire time.
The other was with this high school girl they called Jane Doe, from St Louis - Sharpe knows what i mean. Shes a white senior, and a black female classmate accused her of saying "Black Lives dont matter" loudly in her face during class. They launched an investigation and the principal said she believes Doe didnt say it but they cant punish the black girl bc she is black, even though she violated like 3 handbook rules - lying, online threats, and something else. Also, the school has every single class on videotape with audio, and this is the only class they will not release to the public or even her lawyer. Bc they suspect it would clear white girl, and they cant make a black person look bad. White girl gets threats now, is scared at school, they vandalized her parents house. So she has a lawyer now. Nice work as always 79. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9118783/White-student-18-represented-gun-toting-St-Louis-lawyer-sues-Catholic-school-amid-race-row.html
Also, MK interviewed sotsg famous Bridget Phetasy, so I'll peep that one also.

I listened to the Phetasy one. It’s the only thing I’ve ever seen or heard from MK I think. It was pretty good IIRC.
mill prob check out that Corolla one. It sounds enjoyable.

I have an observation on Megyn Kelly. She says L weird, like a soft L if that makes sense. Tom Brady and Brad Pitt do it too. I wonder why that is. I find it super gay for guys to talk like that.
I've been listening to The throwback podcast. It's couple of guys in their late 30s who have known each other since middle school and re-listen to albums from the 90s and early 2000s in the one guy's garage. It's been on since 2017, I started at the beginning and I'm about a dozen episodes in. The albums they review are pretty much spot on to the music I listened to in that time and the two guys are generally pretty hilarious. I'm enjoying it.
I was never much of an album guy, but this episode about the Top 10 radio chart in 1993 was right up my alley. Pretty good, with a nice chunk of sports and other pop culture woven in. As Ballz noted, they do open up with about 10 min of non-music bullshit, but let's face it, you were wondering what Chris Kattan's been up to since SNL, right?
This one was good right up until the end when the Jewish guy did about a 10 minutes rant about the girl in high school who declined a date, saying her parents didn't want her to date a Jewish guy. They completely ignored the end of the countdown for that. He also kvetched earlier about how he probably wasn't in the popular clique in high school because he was Jewish. I'm guessing it was more because he was annoying. Also, if he's Jewish, how come he wasn't going to a yeshiva? I'm just asking questions.
But I gave them another chance. They interviewed Matt "Money" Smith about his career in radio, going back to college in 1994 or so--which was right around when I started too--up to being program director of KROQ in LA. He covered all his favorite stuff from 2004, which was after I stopped following pop/rock music closely, but there was a lot of industry talk, which I really enjoyed. He got a little bit into his time working with the Lakers organization and doing sports on Kevin and Bean. I can rec this ep.

The guy who msg'ed me a few months ago saying he was killing himself asked me today to start a wrestling podcast with him. He laid everything out saying he has connections into the old Kansas City territory and whatnot.
Sadly, I turned him down. I will not encroach on Jike's rise to podcasting glory.
Edit:
Uhhhhh...he apparently is not accepting my rejection. He thinks we are leaving all kinds of money on the table by not starting one up. This might get interesting.

I have a pal that wanted me to do one last year with him and this other guy. It was gonna be 3 guys in their 40s talking about sports. I was like, no, its not specific enough. I said Id never tune into a show with schlubs talking mostly local sports with some lebron nonsense and wwe mixed in.

Who wanted you to do a podcast
2 guys from comcast i used to work with. Theyve never been out with us.
I’m listening to the Tim Dillon Show. He just did an ad for Manscaped, and went off the rails with a bunch of gender bullshit, and it’s the hardest I can remember laughing in a while.
bridget phetasy did an ad for manscaped. recommended!
ive listened to a bunch of her old podcasts and it's good. joe rogan with tits came up on a google search and thats a fair description. considering she's an ex-heroin addict who was in playboy she comes across normal and has alot of good guests. it's alot better than the megyn kelly podcast imo. an image search is also recommended obv.
