It's not an easy thing to charge. There has to be intent and some kind of knowledge that something like that is to occur. I just think it's crazy that he's playing while they're still sorting it out.
Before all of this, he was considered a high lottery guy.
My high level awareness is this: - He gets a text to bring the piece. So that is something, he knew his friend needed it for something - He drives the gat to his buddy, so he knew the piece was in the car - I read this, but idk if true, i thought I read that Miller used his car to help block the victims from escaping
Soooooooo Guessing there are more texts that reveal WHY the gun was being requested.
This guy is so fucked
What's the charge, internet counselor?

My understanding of his defense is that he received the text when he was already almost there and had no idea the gun was in the car.
He was parked in front of the victim's vehicle but left immediately when the gun was pulled. Supposedly there's video.
I haven't really looked into this one. Whose gun was it? From the little bit I heard, I assumed it was his gun and he gave it to the killer. But is the allegation just that he delivered it? I feel like if it was registered to him he'd have been charged with something by now.

The guy who did the killing was the owner of the gun

It definitely was his teammate's gun. Who incidentally, was not the shooter but was charged with murder for handing the gun to the actual shooter. So having Miller be another degree away from that seems difficult to prove.

I'm no lawyer - which may be hard to tell based on all the hard work I'm doing right now and every day - but my opinion is that it doesn't seem he's done anything illegal. But if you're hanging out with people who hide loaded and chambered weapons under a pile of clothes in the backseat and ask you to bring said weapon to them because they're fighting over a girl in the club, you might not be the world's best decision maker.
And they are covering it up bc he is a star athlete.
You'll get there eventually also.
Those texts would buttfuck him if they actually arent covered up, which they are and will be.
That's true. I hadn't considered that, if there is one place in America where a black can commit crimes willy-nilly, it's Alabama.
This isnt "Alabama", its Alabama Athletics.
I hear you on Bama though, the most casual racist ppl ive ever encountered were Bama football fans for a Bama PSU game. Double Down Trent had 100+ yards.
