They really should be building up the young guys they have better than they have:
Ricky Starks MJF Hangman Sammy G Jungle Boy
They actually have a pretty good roster its that they can't book worth a shit.
Most of their talent just shows up and works some kind of big tag team but and never gets any storylines built around them.
They have no clearly defined heel / face roles. All if a sudden Lance Archer has been wrestling as a face the last couple of weeks for no reason.
Too many matches look like shit with no internal logic. Its just everyone go out there and get all of your moves in until 12 minutes goes by and then go to the finish.
I remember watching FTR wrestle TH2 in a long competitive match. That natch should have been 5 min with FTR getting 80% of the offense.
Nobody comes out of any match looking strong.
They've got a good enough women's division they just don't use them well.
Serena Deeb and Thunder Rosa are studs. Ivelisse and Diamante can work. Britt Baker is a great heel. Tay Conti can wrestle and is hot. Shida isn't bad. Nylander Rose gives them a monster to work with. There's just no booking in the division.
They waste a lot of time on Orange Cassidy and Best Friends. Can't stand Omega, Young Bucks. Moxley's matches all suck. Jericho needs to retire.

I think that I agree with most of that though I do kinda mark for Orange Cassidy because I like gimmicks that no one else has ever done and that's a good one. Wolf would love it.
Moxley is definitely a disappointment.
I'm ok with Omega, but 27 v-triggers per match is a bit much. Way too much hype around him.
Jericho needs to be a tag team guy and figurehead at this point. Man, alcohol has fucked up his face.

That's a huge problem. I can't even tell when feuds end because there is nothing clearcut. You can really, really tell which guys understand TV and which guys do not.
Ricky Starks should be near top of the card.

They definitely need someone other than Tony Kahn writing the show. He has no idea what he is doing.
The YouTube show is really bad. It's everyone who can't get on the regular TV show wrestling long, competitive matches against no names. It actually makes their talent look weak.
