Looks like I'm going to 2 games this year, which will be the first regular season games I've gone to since....2013 maybe? I know I had one kid when I still had season tickets but I don't think I had 2.
Anyway, looks like I'm going with the oldest on September 14 against Troy for Scout Day at Kinnick and then heading back to the Rose Bowl for November 8 against UCLA.

Game on Saturday was very warm, muggy, but we were right up against the wall in a back row so thankfully not really in the sun.
Weird ass performance. Defense is suddenly letting guys get behind them for long TDs (it was the same CB both times I believe) and our punting game has kind of sucked. Offense has generally looked serviceable. Cade is still pretty bad but you can just tell that their running system is 1000% better than it was under Brian.
Minnesota under the lights on Saturday, and then a bye and then the Bucks. 3-2 after that is good enough for now.
Tickets are still expensive for the Rose Bowl, especially if all 5 of us go. I was wondering how they stay so expensive on the secondary market when UCLA sucks and no one goes to their games, but watching Indiana/UCLA on Saturday night, it looks like they block off seating for half the stadium. I've been to the Rose Bowl for an actual Rose Bowl, so I won't be heartbroken if we don't go, but I'd still like to give it a shot.
Iowa has given up a couple big passing games already this season, and even though it was to pretty good receivers, it wasn’t against tOSU quality receivers. Will Howard is the type of QB that Iowa usually gives fits to, but imo tOSU is just too loaded on offense. Defense it won’t matter because there’s no chance Iowa will do anything. They’ll put 9 in the box (wolf’s mom has the same game plan) and Iowa’s passing game won’t be able to do anything to punish them. Kaleb Johnson is a stud but he’s not good enough to do it alone.
