While I continue to sympathize with people who hve genuine gender dysphoria and I want them to have human rights and stuff, I remain 100% in the "sports should be split up by biological sex" camp.
Reading with my lawyer glasses, I think their biggest issue is going to be banning bio women from still participating in women's sports if they've started "masculinizing hormonal therapy" while not providing a loophole for bio men who are taking hormone replacement going the opposite direction. I think that there's still a difference there, but that very much feels like what a court would seize upon.
