The entire piece is bashing these folks for their vaccine resistance. How can anyone question ppl that questioned it at this point? Shit doesnt work really, young ppl dropping dead for unknown reasons. Libs suck, bro.
Refusing to take the vaccine and then using a religious exemption to avoid participating in the collective good of mankind during the peak of a once-in-a-century pandemic was irresponsible. Anyone still making opposition to “the jab” your entire persona comes across as deeply pathetic. In recent months, Williams has partnered with conservative propaganda machine, The Daily Wire, on beating the anti-vaccine, anti-wokeness drum by interviewing fugazi luminaries such as John Stockton and Dana White, last seen slapping his wife in public (and admitting to it).
It shouldn’t be surprising that Williams’ anti-vaccine stance segued into an “anti-woke” obsession. Who didn’t see that twist coming from a mile away? I’m personally amused at how often those who espouse intensely religious views also grip tightly onto selfish convictions about their roles in a functioning society.
Williams and Faber will use this as fodder for their growing right-wing support group, but ultimately, the chances of this going anywhere are tinier than the number of brain cells it takes to keep this anti-jab bit going strong into 2023.

The author is a BLACK!!!!!! Did he get the jab???
FOH
If you still think the vaccine is good and want to keep getting boosters, good for you. Have at it. But it's absolutely mind-bottling to me that people keep trotting out the "anti-jab people are pathetic" and "collective good of mankind" stuff in 2023. If you're still hell-bent on "the shot is always good and you're an asshole if you question it" narrative at this point, then you're frankly not a serious person and deserve to be treated as such.
On Feb. 2, the NHL advertised a job conference in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., which will launch a diversity initiative called the Pathway to Hockey Summit. The event was described on Linkedin as being exclusive to female, black, Asian, Pacific Islander, Hispanic/Latino, LGBTQ, disabled individuals, and veterans.
First off, it was not advertised on Feb 2, jackass.
As if an NHL advertisement wasn’t already an obvious invite to white Americans, Florida’s governor trained his focus on the league’s efforts to attract candidates from different backgrounds. DeSantis’ press secretary Bryan Griffin released a statement, which said:
“Discrimination of any sort is not welcome in the state of Florida, and we do not abide by the woke notion that discrimination should be overlooked if applied in a politically popular manner or against a politically unpopular demographic.”
The NHL should pull the All-Star Game from Florida
Great website. This piece was written by a black though, which does disappoint me. I think its just marching orders, no way this guy gives a shit about this nonsense.
I love Deadspin and Carron Phillips. They are so openly racist, its crazy.
As usual, Phillips gives no reasons why he MIGHT be passed over. He has a checkered past. Also maybe he sucks at interviewing.
Days after Kellen Moore “mutually agreed to part ways” with the Dallas Cowboys as their offensive coordinator, he was hired by the Los Angeles Chargers to do the same job in another example of how NFL franchises love to keep hiring the same white guys over and over.
Over the last few years, Bieniemy has been interviewed close to 20 times for head coaching jobs but has yet to receive an offer.

79 and I have talked about Bieniemy and him not getting jobs previously. I don't know if we found out why, but there are reasons he is not getting HC job and it is not because he is Black.
Listen, Christians, one of Jesus’ main tenets was “heal the sick.” So no, Jesus probably wouldn’t have had a lot of time for the overgrown babies shitting themselves over having to wear a goddamn mask in public or having to partake in a lockdown, because that would… say it with me now: “heal the sick.” He would not love both sides of that.
And no, Jesus would probably not throw his arms around cops, because if Jesus were to show up today, everyone would find out that A) he’s not white and B) that would probably put him in danger around cops. White supremacy has been shrouded in religious piety for pretty much its entire existence, so there is no “he loves all of us.”
Jesus doesn’t “get” us, clearly, because his most devout followers don’t get us. They don’t “get” what women want or how they work or most likely even how to spell or say “vagina.” Jesus doesn’t “get” trans people, based on what is being done in his name. Jesus doesn’t “get” the LGBTQ+ community, according to those who continue to warp our laws and system to make their lives actively worse.
And Jesus certainly wouldn’t “get” spending some $15 million on ads during the Super Bowl when that money could have gone to any number of causes we can guess he would have believed in.
According to reports, ESPN’s Dan Orlovsky had talks with the Panthers and the Colts about “prominent offensive coaching roles.” Yes, you read that right. The dude from TV who used to play quarterback and once ran out the back of the endzone almost got a high-profile coaching job in the NFL without a lick of coaching experience and poor decision-making skills under pressure.
Sooooo, they didnt hire him then? Great, not racist at all reporting as usual, Carron Philips
