Is that unusual, UEM? I have to admit I don't pay a lot of attention to where the bullpens are in relation to the fans when I'm watching on TV, and almost all the games I've been to are in Boston so it's perfectly normal to me.

I feel like most of the bullpens have a little bit of space between the players and fans. If not right around the bullpen, then in height. From the video, it looks like there is just a waist-high wall.
