We get great recruiting classes, so I am starting to think Coombs may be in over his head. Hopefully, I am wrong.

I think the Buckeyes will score in the 40s in virtually every game which may be enough until the postseason.

Henderson is the real deal.

CJ Stroud concerns me a bit. Maybe some other QBs see the field in the next few weeks.

The defense remains a significant problem.

Can't believe there were only about 75,000 people at the game Saturday.

Ohio State has flirted with issues in their running game all season. They made the decision early in the year to essentially play with four offensive tackles. Sliding Thayer Munford and Paris Johnson inside was a great way to get the best four players on the field, but it probably wasn’t the best for the run game.

“Dear Band, The Top Gun tribute was fantastic. What a phenomenal performance,” the message from the 59-year-old actor began. It ended with an invitation for the band to see a special screening in Columbus of the sequel to the movie that has been years in the making.

Cruise also sent “Top Gun: Maverick” T-shirts for the band. And he wished the OSU football team good luck in the Rose Bowl on Jan. 1, where the band will be performing another one of its shows, as well as marching in the Tournament of Roses parade.
